Finally got back on the GOLDWING.  Have not enjoyed a "PUTT" for quite a while.  Decided to try for a lap around California.  Started with the So Cal Sierras and headed up towards Taho.  This time I tried to finally visit the Bristle Cone Forest.  Usually I try in the winter and am always blocked by the Snow Pack.  Headed up the easter side of the Sirrra Nevada Mountains.... and up into the Gold Country.  Shasta Lake was full full full.  Headed up through the burn area and just touched up into Oregon before dropping back down to the California Coast... and then on down the coast ending up in San Francisco... and then down into Monterey and the Central California headed back to So Cal.  Quite a journey... over 2000 miles and just over a week.... great ride.
